Partisipasi Masyarakat Dalam Pelaksanaan E-Musrenbang Di Kelurahan Sungai Bambu Kecamatan Tanjung Priok Kota Administrasi Jakarta Utara

Sungai Bambu Urban Village has a low level of community participation in channeling their aspirations through e-Musrenbang based on the results of data on community aspirations in the Musrenbang proposal at the Tanjung Priok District level. This low participation can hinder the success of implementing e-Musrenbang and reduce the quality of sustainable development planning. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze community participation and the dynamics that occur in it related to the implementation of e-Musrenbang in Sungai Bambu Urban Village, Tanjung Priok District, North Jakarta Administrative City. In this research, the research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used are interviews and document review. The research aspects in this research are: socialization, monitoring proposals that have not been accommodated in the previous year, and inputting proposals through the eMusrenbang system. The research result shows that in general the people of Sungai Bambu urban village have participated quite well in implementing e-Musrenbang in Sungai Bambu Urban Village. This is proven by the three research aspects, all of which show that it has been implemented but is indeed less than optimal in the implementation of eMusrenbang in Sungai Bambu Urban Village. To optimize community participation, the author suggests: socialization to be carried out in waves to suit the community's free time, intensification of use of the e-Musrenbang website Musrenbang is to monitor community proposals that have not been accommodated in the previous year, dissemination of information via Whatsapp neighbouthood group and strengthen technical training materials for neighbourhood deliberation assistants in inputting community proposals.
